• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery for a resolution.

Mobile Phlebotomy Services

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance and require a deposit (if applicable).

• Patients must provide valid identification and necessary documentation before services are rendered.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns arise or if proper documentation is not provided.
